Hallo, habe hier mein Problem nicht gefunden, einige Tipps schon ausprobiert aber als Newbie ist das nicht so leicht zu durchblicken. Ich habe auf mein Notebook Kubuntu 24.04 installiert und war begeistert wie alles funktioniert hat, bis auf ... interner Sound. Da ich aus der Windows-Welt komme bewege ich mich noch etwas unbeholfen. Schliesse ich einen TV auf die HDMI an bekomme ich Sound über den TV, ohne geht nichts und Lautsprechersymbol ist durchgestrichen. habe den Alsamixer mal gestartet, hier finde ich die Nvidia-Karte, die wohl den HDMI und damit den TV bedient, also funktioniert. Ebenso finde ich einen Intel den ich da auswählen kann. Diesen kann ich aber bei den Kubuntu-Menüs nicht einstellen. Wie muss ich vorgehen damit ich den internen Sound, vermutlich der Intel, aktivieren kann ?

Installiere Inxi

sudo apt install inxi

und dann zeige uns, hier im Forum als Codeblock formatiert, die vollständige Ein- und Ausgabe dieses Befehls:

(Benutze Kopieren Strg + C und Einfügen Strg + V . Im Terminal braucht es zusätzlich die ⇧ -Taste.)

HDMI und Intel HDA sind 2 -zwei- unterschiedliche Soundkarten.

Du solltest schon den korrekten Nvidia Treiber installieren, falls du die GraKa nutzen willst. nouveau ist eine "Krücke", ausreichend für Office Rechner.
