Guten Tag liebe Ubuntu Gemeinde,

leider finde ich keine Lösung für das plötzliche Ausschalten meines Rechners. Ich kopiere mal meine Logdatei hier rein, vielleicht kann jemand etwas damit anfangen.

Nach diesen 5 Minuten hat der Computer einfach ohne Warnung abgeschalten.

Zunächst wäre es hilfreich, wenn du deine Ausgaben von Prompt zu Prompt postest. Niemand weiß, was du da gerade abgefragt hast, es sieht aber nicht so aus, als wäre da ein Crash erfasst worden. Schau dir journalctl an, da kannst du bspw. mit dem Argument -b -1 den letzten Bootvorgang aufrufen, mit -p auf Fehler und Warnungen filtern, etc. Bei Crashes kann ebenfalls coredumpctl hilfreich sein.

Da du 20.04 verwendest: Befrage mal pro security-status (vormals ubuntu-security-status) wie aktuell dein System noch ist. In den allermeisten Fällen ist in diesem Monat Schluß. Da wäre also eine frische Installation ratsam, oder notfalls ein Upgrade (siehe LTS und STS).

Des Weiteren: Was für ein Computer ist das? Ein Laptop? Dann könnte es auch einfach am Akku liegen. Diese werden über UEFI gesteuert und mittels ACPI ans System weitergeleitet. Wenn da Ladeschwellen erreicht sind, kann sowas passieren.

Guten Morgen ,

der thematische Bezug zum Bereich Sicherheit ist. Es gibt keinen Grund für das Abschalten, der irgendwie Sinn macht und nachvollziehbar wäre. Ich habe einmal den Stecker getauscht von Displayport nach HDMI, dann war mal ein zwei Wochen eine Ruhe, danach gings wieder los.

Na, das spricht doch sehr für eine aktuellere Version.

Bei der Ausgabe des journals musst du noch mal ansetzen. Deine ist zum einen durch den Pager abgeschnitten und du hast nun > 800 Zeilen gebraucht, um die ersten 44 Zeilen zu zeigen — zum anderen wäre eine gefilterte Ausgabe sinnvoller. Die weiteren Fragen wurden auch nicht beantwortet…

Ist das wirklich eine dieser chinesischen Hygon CPUs?

Dort gibt es noch mehr über Hygon CPUs zu lesen.

Wenn es die Hygon CPUs noch nicht so lange gibt, könnte ein neueres Ubuntu Release und neuerer Linux Kernel vielleicht mehr Kompatibilität bringen. Was für eine Grafik hat das Gerät eigentlich? Passieren Abstürze nur dann, wenn Telegram läuft? Bei Anandtech steht:

OK. Das hat aber nichts zu tun mit dem Themenkomplex Sicherheit, so wie dieses Forum ihn definiert.

Ich habe einmal den Stecker getauscht von Displayport nach HDMI, dann war mal ein zwei Wochen eine Ruhe, danach gings wieder los.

Aha. Also kein einmaliges Ereignis, sondern mehr oder weniger regelmäßig. Das spricht für einen Hardwaredefekt. Teste als erstes den Arbeitsspeicher mit memtest.

Danke fürs verschieben. Ich habe noch einmal das Journal abgerufen, außerdem haben ich die Speicher auf Fehler überprüft, hier kamen keine Fehler zustande. Ich bin etwas ratlos deshalb auch der Post in Sicherheit, vielleicht könnte es ja ein Schadprogram sein

Bei einem völlig unprovozierten, "Ausschalten", würde ich immer von einem Hardwaredefekt ausgehen.

Da findest du auch -logischerweise nichts in den Logs.

Normal, im Sinne von nicht ungewöhnlich ... ☹

Stromschwankungen, mürbes Mainbord, mürbes Netzteil, defekte Kühler ...

Ram und Platte äußern sich normalerweise "anders" nach meiner Erfahrung.

P.S. Schadprogramme - kannst du vergessen 🙄 . Ausgestorben und moderne Malware will nicht auffallen. Die wollen Heute Geld verdienen.

Hallo Free292,

hast du mal alles von Staub befreit. Aber bitte vorsichtig hantieren. Bekommt das Gerät genügend Luftzufuhr.
Ich habe schon Leute gesehen, die haben den Laptop auf ein weiches Kissen gelegt und auf dem Bauch auf dem Sofa davor gelegen und jetzt festgehalten ein Game- Programm benutzt. Da hat sich das Gerät auch so nach 5 Minuten abgeschaltet.
Oh Wunder, das Gerät auf einen Tisch gestellt, alle Lüftungsschlitze waren frei und mit Writer gearbeitet, alles lief perfekt.
Woran das wohl lag. 🤣
