Ich bräuchte mal dringend Hilfe, wenn möglich noch heute, da ich einige wichtige Dokumente einscannen und versenden muss und ausgerechnet dann die Technik streikt.
Ich habe einen HP DeskJet 3630 All in one Gerät. Das Drucken klappt auch immer noch problemlos, aber wie gesagt streikt zur Zeit die Scanfunktion. Der Drucker ist zwar mit dem WLAN verbunden und manchmal haben sowohl drucken als auch scannen kabellos funktioniert, aber das hat schon immer ein wenig gesponnen, weshalb ich mir angewöhnt habe ihn via USB zu verbinden, weil es dann eigentlich immer reibungslos funktioniert hat.
Habe mir vorhin nochmals die neuste HPLIB Version herunter geladen und installiert: https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/gethplip

Ich kann während dieses Installationsvorganges jedenfalls keine Fehlermeldung ausmachen und das Drucken der Testseite hat ebenfalls geklappt. Was mir jedoch auffällt ist, dass hier hplib Version 3.18 installiert werden und 3.17 entfernt werden soll, aber nach Abschluß des Installationsprogrammes zeigt mir die Paketliste:

Immer noch die alte Version an. Sollte ich diese ggf. manuell entfernen? Hab dann noch das hier versucht:

Auch Skanlite meldet mir "Device busy", während simple-scan ein "Scannen fehlgeschlagen - Scanvorgang konnte nicht gestartet werden" ausgibt. Und xsane (wurde mit dem hplib Paket installiert) sagt ebenfalls "Konnte Scanner nicht starten Gerät besetzt".
Ich vermute mal, der Scanner ist von einem Dämon besetzt, das würde so einiges erklären... 😕 Den Scanner selbst habe ich übrigens auch schon einige Male ganz vom Strom getrennt und neu gestartet, jedoch ohne Erfolg.
Hat jemand noch eine Idee was ich da machen könnte? Gibt es noch weitere Logfiles o. ä. welche ich posten könnte?
