Vielleicht fängst du endlich mal an zu lesen (z.B. das Wiki) und zu verstehen.

sudo apt update - mache KEINE Updates sondern aktualisiert NUR die Paketquellen.

sudo apt upgrade - macht dann das eigentliche/gewollte Update der installierten Pakete.

Das heisst um dein System zu aktualisieren ist IMMER BEIDES nötig!

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
