Hallo, ich habe mir das Programm SMath installiert, ein kostenloses WYSIWYG Mathe Algebra System, das mit Mono läuft. Es wird gestartet im Terminal mit
mono SMathStudio_Desktop.exe
Leider startet das Programm nur selten. Meistens passiert nur folgendes:

In dem SMath-Forum wird davon berichtet: https://en.smath.com/forum/yaf_postst21674findunread_SMath-in-Linux.aspx Der Fehler scheint das Ubuntu-spezifisch bzw. Debian-spezifisch zu sein.
Vielleicht hat einer von Euch eine Idee, wie der Fehler behoben werden könnte.

Anschließen die Installation von SMath. Download von https://en.smath.com/view/SMathStudio/summary.
Verzeichnis angelegt, dort entpackt, in Terminal dort ausgeführt:
mono SMathStudio_Desktop.exe
Angeblich würde der Befehl mit sudo funktionieren. Das scheint mir allerdings keine Alternative.
