Linux Mint nutzt nicht nur in den Ubuntu-Quellen vorhandene Pakete und unterscheidet sich nicht nur durch die vorinstallierten Programmen und Konfigurationen. Somit kann es eben kein Ubuntu-Remix/Remasters/Spin-Off/whatever sein. |

Bewusst Fremdquellen in ein installiertes System einzubringen hat jetzt bitte was mit einem von vorherein sich aus anderen Quellen bedienenden System zu tun?
Eigene Quellen (schrieb ich übrigens schon mal), als Standard zwei Oberflächen, die in Ubuntu überhaupt nicht existieren, eigene Paketverwaltungstools, einen geforkten Installer, Vorinstallation von Paketen, die nicht frei verteilt werden dürften... |

Ja, einen hohen Stellenwert. Im Verzeichnis http://packages.linuxmint.com/pool/upstream/ befinden sich die Pakete aus Ubuntu, die für Mint angepasst wurden. Ich habe dazu was im Artikel ergänzt und gleich noch:

Nun, archivierte Artikel werden nicht gepflegt. Das liegt daran, dass sie archiviert wurden... Zum Zeitpunkt der Archivierung stimmte die Aussage auch so. Ihr wisst aber schon, dass ihr bei Google ziemlich weit oben in den Ergebnissen auftaucht - und damit auch die falsche Aussage? Man kan übrigens bei der Installation angeben, wie grundsätzlich mit Sicherheitsupdates umgegangen werden soll. Der Verzicht auf Sicherheitsupdates muss explizit gewählt werden - wer's macht, hat selbst schuld. Da gibt es übrigens in anderen Distros schlechtere Verfahren. Am Rande: Mit "Damals war's aber richtig" liegt man übrigens für viele DInge aus der Vergangenheit total daneben. |

Abgesehen davon, dass das vollkommen irrelevant ist...
... fehlen für diese deine Behauptung Quellen. Für das, was im Artikel steht dagegen werden entsprechende Quellen aufgeführt.
