@ johannson: welche der Karten entspricht denn deiner am ehehsten? Vermulich Nr. 56 aus der Auflistung in dmesg; versuch mal, das passende Modul mit

sudo modprobe em28xx card=53
sudo modprobe em28xx-dvb 

zu laden. Versuch sonst auch mal card=1 (ist in der CARDLIST.em28xx als unbekannter Video-Grabber mit deiner USB-ID aufgeführt)

Hallo, ich klinke mich hier auch mal mit ein. Hab den Stick: Terratec Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS FM

lsusb ergibt:

Bus 004 Device 002: ID 0ccd:0092 TerraTec Electronic GmbH Bus 004 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

Ist ein relativ neuer Stick (siehe ID), deshalb gab es auch schon vorher Probleme mit dem fertigen Ubuntu-Paket in Hardy.

@Heinrich Schwietering: Das Problem ist, daß für einige (wie mich) die Methode aus dem Wiki überhaupt keine Wirkung zeigt.

Hab´s mal mit kompilieren nach der Methode von eishailiga probiert.

dmesg | grep -i dvb ergibt:

Deine Karte wird anscheinend vom Kernel (noch) nicht unterstützt; zumindest finde ich sie nicht in der CARDLIST.em28xx; meine aber auch, dass es da schon vor ein paar Seiten im Thread einiges zu gab (war aber wohl noch für hardy) - sorry, weiß ich auch nichts weiter als Abwarten...

@Danielsan: Unsere Karte dürfte der Vorgänger von Deiner sein, ich verstehe nicht, was an deiner so viel anders ist, dass die jetzt vom Treiber noch nicht unterstützt wird? Wie kann man das herausfinden?

Naja, das Module wird "eigentlich" nicht gebraucht (sollte im Kernel integriet sein). Da aber die "alten" Methoden zur Modulerstellung ( → em28xx) nicht mehr funktionieren, hast du das Modul natürlich auch nicht erstellt; kann also auch nicht "isoliert" vorhanden sein...

Will heisen? Wenn der TV Kram nich geht is Linux leider tot. Ich finde soweit alles spitze aber ohne Videorekorder find ich das alles ziemlich doof 😀
